MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW! The Celebrate Israel Parade is JUNE 3rd. The location for ASSEMBLY for our group has been changed. The new location is: 5th Ave. Section 3: 53rd - 54th street. PLEASE make every effort to have your entire family attend this crucially important event. Join the school as we march up 5th Avenue, in the world's largest show of support for the State of Israel. Vote for Schechter! Our school has participated in a video contest sponsored by the Avi Chai Foundation to win $50,000 in prize money. Our submission, created by Joan Cohen, our Drama Teacher, is entitled “Lifelong Learning at Solomon Schechter High School”. Six winning videos will be selected by both public voting and expert judging.
